Privacy Policy

Last updated 14 October 2026 · ShipFast Solutions Pty Ltd

This policy explains how ShipFast Solutions Pty Ltd ("we", "us") collects, uses and discloses personal information when you use testifyhub.cloud and the TestifyHub desktop application ("TestifyHub"). We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, and, where it applies to you, the GDPR and UK GDPR.

1. Who we are

ShipFast Solutions Pty Ltd, 13 Arion Rd, Truganina VIC 3029, Australia. Contact: admin@testifyhub.cloud.

2. What we collect

  • Account details: name, work email address, authentication data (such as one-time codes or hashed password) and sign-in history.
  • Licensing data: trial and subscription status, and device identifiers used to enforce per-device licensing.
  • Support communications: messages and attachments you send us.
  • Technical data: IP address and request logs generated when you use our website or services.

What we do not collect: TestifyHub runs locally. Your test suites, API traffic, secrets, screenshots, traces and reports are stored on your device and are not uploaded to us. If you choose to attach files to a support request, we receive those files.

3. How we use information

  • to create and secure your account and verify your identity;
  • to provide, license and support TestifyHub;
  • to send service messages such as sign-in codes, trial and billing notices;
  • to detect abuse and protect the service;
  • to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising.

4. Service providers

We use providers to operate the service, including: Appwrite (account management), Hostinger (email delivery and hosting), and our VPS hosting provider. If you use the temporary-email feature, messages are retrieved through Mailinator using the configuration in your TestifyHub settings. These providers process data only to provide services to us.

5. Overseas disclosure

Some providers may store or process data outside Australia. Where we disclose personal information overseas we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles it consistently with applicable privacy law.

6. Retention

We keep account and licensing information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal, tax and dispute purposes. Support messages are kept as needed to resolve your request. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

7. Security

We use access controls, encrypted connections and signed licence tokens to protect information. No system is perfectly secure; see our Security page. We will notify affected individuals and the OAIC of eligible data breaches as required by law.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing admin@testifyhub.cloud. If you are in the EEA or UK you may also object to or restrict processing, request portability, and lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. Our lawful bases are contract performance, legitimate interests (security and abuse prevention) and legal obligation.

9. Cookies

We use only an essential session cookie to keep you signed in. See our Cookie Policy.

10. Complaints

Contact us first at admin@testifyhub.cloud. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

11. Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a revised date. Material changes will be notified by email.
