FAQ
Questions we hear a lot
Is TestifyHub a cloud device farm like BrowserStack?
No. It is a desktop app. Playwright runs on your machine with your browsers. We provide accounts and licensing, not remote devices.
Do you upload my tests or API traffic?
No. Suites, reports, traces and captured traffic stay in your local workspace. Only sign-in, licensing and support requests reach our servers.
Where do the AI-generated tests come from?
Suggestions are generated to help you author tests. Once saved, tests are plain deterministic steps that run with no AI cost.
What happens when the 15-day trial ends?
Your workspace and files remain on your machine. Paid plans are coming soon, and we'll contact you before then.

How do I delete my account or data?
Email admin@testifyhub.cloud and we'll delete your account details as described in the Privacy Policy. Local workspace files are yours to delete.
