TestifyHubData Processing Agreement
For customers who process personal data of individuals in the EEA, UK or other regions requiring a data processing agreement.
Roles
For your local workspace data, which stays on your device, you are the controller and ShipFast Solutions Pty Ltd does not process it. For account, licensing and support data, we act as a controller as described in our Privacy Policy. Where you submit personal data of third parties to us (for example inside a support attachment), we act as your processor and only process it to provide support.
Our commitments as processor
- process only on your documented instructions;
- ensure personnel are bound by confidentiality;
- apply appropriate technical and organisational security measures (see Security);
- use sub-processors only with equivalent obligations (see list below), and notify you of material changes;
- assist with data subject requests and breach notification;
- delete or return personal data on termination, on request.
